Good May to you! May is a month that is typically exciting because change is a comin’. Yay, school is almost out and spring is fully in bloom … yes, May is all about Transition! What does transition look like for you? Of course, it can represent many things both positive and negative, but one thing to remember is to take care of ourselves in the midst of it. Several of this weekend’s events will provoke us to think about our homes and what we can do to make them more of a haven of rest, taking care of our bodies and how to become healthier, and lastly enjoying time to rest and relax our minds. So, let’s get out and take in some fun for Home, Body, and Mind
