		<description>This tastes even better using Cream of Celery instead of chicken and to use crushed ritz crackers for the topping.  It is less work if you use a thawed bag of frozen hash browns, too.  And sauteed sweet onions can be substituted if you are like me and love onions and don't have any scallions to throw in!!</description>
